第4期 (总 60期) 河北能源职业技术学院学报 No．4(SumNo．60) 2015年 l2月 JournalofHebeiEnergyInstituteofVocationandTechnoloyg Dec．2015 山区高校学生课外体育活动现状调查与分析 林 宁 (福建水利电力职业技术学院，福建 永安 366000) 摘 要：随着社会经济和信息化程度不断发展．相当一部份学生业余生活都在宿舍中渡过，手机与电 脑游戏成为他们业余生活的全部，不仅降低了身体素质、影响了视力，而且荒废学业。从福建水利电 力职业技术学院、三明学院、三 明职业技术学院中随机抽取 600名学生作为调查对象，通过 问卷调 查，对三所高校学生参加课外体育活动状况进行调查分析。结果表明：学生参加课外体育锻炼的 目 的比较明确，认知态度尚好，但每周参加课外活动的次数和持续时间长短不尽人意，尤其是女学生， 大多数学生对 “健康第一、终身体育、阳光体育”理解不够深入。为了更好地指导学生合理参与课外 体育活动提出建议与对策。 关键词：大学生；课外体育活动：现状 ：分析对策 中图分类号：G807．4 文献标识码 ：A 文章编号：1671—3974(2015)04—0018—03 Investigation andAnalysison CurrentSituationofExtracurricularPhysical TrainingofCollegeStudentsinM ountainArea LIN Ning (FujianCollegeofWaterConservancyandElectricPower，YonghnFujian，366000，China) Abstract：W ith theincreasingdevelopmentofsocialeconomyandinofrmationizationdegree，quiteafew studentsspendtheirtimeinthedormitoryafterclassandareaddictedtoplayingmobilephonesandcomput— ergames，whichnotonlydoharm totheirphysicalqualityandeyesight，butalsomakesthem neglecttheir studies．600collegestudentsarerandomlyselectedfromtheFujianCollegeofWaterConservancyandElec— tricPower，SanmingUniversity，SanmingVocationalTechnicalCollegeastheobjectsofthestudy．Students participationsin extracurricularphysicaltraining ofthethreecollegesare investigatedand analyzedby questionnaires．Theresultsshow thatthestudentsextracurricularphysicaltrainingpurposeisclearandcog— nitiveattitudeisgood，butweeklytrainingtimesanddurationisunsatisfactory，especiallyfemalestudents． Mostofthestudentshavenota deepunderstandingin ”Health first，Lifelongsports，Sunshinesports”． Therefore，somesuggestionsandcountermeasuresareputforwardinordertoprovideabetterguide
