The 5.3.1 prediction method
5.3.1.1 road traffic noise forecast
I type vehicles are driven by day or night, and the prediction points are calculated by the hour traffic noise value (5.3.1-1).

Type:
(LAeq) I - the type I vehicle is driven by day or night, and the forecast points receive the traffic noise value of the hour, dB;
LW, the average radiation sound level of type I vehicles, dB;
Ni - the average hour of the day or night of the type I vehicle (measured in appendix B), a/h;
Vi - the average speed of a car, km/h;
T -- the prediction time for LAeq, take 1h here;
Δ L distance - the first type I vehicle noise, day or night in the distance away from the noise equivalent lane for the prediction of the r point distance attenuation, the dB.
Δ L longitudinal slope, road traffic noise caused by longitudinal slope correction, the dB.
Δ L road - the road surface caused by traffic noise correction, the dB.
The traffic noise value of the forecast at night or night in each type of vehicle should be calculated according to the type (5.3.1-2).
