This paper takes traditional enterprise in Tianjin as the analysis and the research object, based on the SWOT analysis of traditional enterprises present situation and the existing main problems in Tianjin to put forward the concept of innovation +, and integrate management, technology, organization and mode technology of production innovation with enterprises, discuss how to drive transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises through innovative elements, and build the path of the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, to realize enterprise development from capacity-driven, performance-driven to innovation-driven.
