Data encoding standard is the basis of sharing of the new rural cooperative data resources, and it is also a prerequisite to achieve business collaboration. In this paper, the construction and application situation of new rural cooperative medical data encoding standard, was analyzed with emphasis, the main problems in the transformation and unification process of data encoding standards were discussed briefly, and several relevant recommendations were presented in order to strengthen encoding standard application of the new rural cooperative data. Key words New rural cooperative medical system(NRCMS), Informatization, Encoding standard, Exchange and sharing 1 背景 2008 年出台的《关于新型农村合作医疗信息系统建设的指导意见》、《新型农村合作医疗信息系统基本 规范 (2008 年修订版 )》（以下简称《2008 版规范》
