School ofBusiness , Hubei University, Wuhan Hubei 430062 , China) Absíract: The article uses document analysis and synthesis methods to analyze urban housing land resources utilization status and the realistic necessity of urban housing and land resources green utilization , then explores the effective way of urban housing land resources green utilization-upholds the green development concept，仕om a system perspective. It also establishes the urban basic housing system, and inhibits non-moderate and non-rational urban housing consumption and housing investment behavior, then resolves the plight of resource bottlenecks and environmental predicament of the urban housing development. From the technical aspects , it builds low-carbon eco-city urban housing land green utilization patterns , and speeds up the development of the industrialization and energy-saving of the urban housing construction.
