重庆彭水野生美昧牛肝菌菌丝分离与鉴定*

摘要:通过2 种不同的培养基对彭水2 种野生牛肝菌子实体进行分离、培养,同时,进行液体培养,培养的菌丝经过
口s鉴定,放入-80C超低温冰箱中保藏。结果表明, 2 种牛肝茵茵丝均从组织块表面边缘生长,茵丝洁白、小,不向周
围培养基生长,老化速度较快,老化过程中菌丝减少,最后变为团体状物,并且分泌褐色水珠;液体培养菌丝体生长
缓慢,培养时间较长,菌丝球小、少;茵丝球经过鉴定后,确定2 种牛肝菌均为美味牛肝菌。

phae were identificated by 1
15, which were stord in the refrigerator of -80C. The results showed that the two Bolet u.s
edu1is hyphe liver tissue were growth from mass surface edge, and the hyphe we陀 white and small. The hyphe didn t
grow around.the culture medium , and aging faster. The mycelia by liquid culture grew slowly, and the ball was small.
Hyphae ball by determining we陀 Boletω edu1is.
