第 25 卷第 1 期 教师教育研究 Vol. 25 , No.l 2013 年 1 月 Teacher Education Research Jan. • 2013 审视与反思:我国高职教师职称 评审标准的套用问题 俞启定,王为民 (北京师范大学教育学部,北京 1 ∞875 ) [摘要]在我国,相对独立的离职教师职称评审标准一直处于悬缺状态。长期套用综合性大学教师职称评审标 准,导致高职教师专业发展产生不同程度的异化,并诱发一系列系统性问题。究其原因,双师导向的高职教 师专业发展不同于学术导向的综合性大学教师的专业发展。依据系统理论分析发现,诱发诸多问题的根本 动因在于元素移植式的套用标准。建议在研发相对独立的高职教师职称评审新标准时,应遵循独立设 定、双师导向、分类考量等三条原则,并提出调整科研标准,增设实践教学标准,增加教师技能标准等三项 策略。 [关键词]高职教师;职称评审;标准;套用 [中图分类号] G719.21 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-5佣5 (2013) 01 -∞17 -05 The Survey and Reflection: the Embedding Usage of Professional Title Evaluation Standards for Faculty of Higher Vocational Colleges in China YU Qi-ding , WANG Wei-min ( Faculty of Education , 8eijing NO rTTw. 1 University , 8eijing , 1 ∞875 , China) Abstract: In China , professional tiÙe evaluation standards of higher vocationaI colleges faculty have been absent for a long time.
