As the social environment, educational system and people’s ideas and other reasons, present, China’s music and arts education are still relatively weak, the lower the quality of people’s music. Therefore, we must recognize the importance of arts education, accelerate the development of music and arts education, in society’s aesthetic to create a good atmosphere and cultural environment. The recent past, many educators and academic insight of the appeal, the National Art Education should be the concern of a social problem. As an ordinary institutions of higher learning of music educators, the author of arts education, especially music education have more understanding and appreciate, to be on this a few observations. 1, music, and the reasons for the status of arts education (A) the status of Music and Art Education As the social environment, educational system and people’s ideas and other reasons, present, China’s music and arts education are still relatively weak, and generally low quality of people’s music.
