猪肺炎支原体体外药敏试验 Medicine Sensitive Experiment on Pig Pneumonia Mycoplasma in Vitro 院 系 ： 生命科学学院 专 业 ： 生物技术 年 级 ： 2007级 学 号 ： 12007242303 姓 名 ： 郑丽萍 指导教师 ： 谢 琴 研究员 猪肺炎支原体体外药敏试验 摘 要：本试验测定了泰妙菌素、大观霉素、泰乐菌素、庆大纯粉、盐酸多西环素、盐酸环丙沙星、丁胺卡那纯粉等7种药物对猪肺炎支原体（MHP）体外最小抑菌浓度（MIC）以及庆大纯粉、盐酸多西环素与盐酸环丙沙星、泰乐菌素联合药敏试验的FIC指数。结果表明：泰乐菌素单药抑菌浓度（MIC）为0.20μg/ml。盐酸环丙沙星和泰乐菌素及盐酸多西环素对MHP的FIC指数均为1，均表现为相加作用。而盐酸多西环素与庆大纯粉对MHP的FIC指数为2，为无关作用。从庆大纯粉与泰乐菌素对MHP的FIC为0.5，呈协同作用，表明这两种药物联合作用可以增强对MHP的防治疗效。 关键词：猪肺炎支原体；单向药敏试验；联合药敏试验；抗菌药物 Medicine Sensitive Experiment of Pig Pneumonia Mycoplasma in Vitro Abstract:The effects of Tylosin tartrat, Spectionmycin, Tylodin tartrate, Gentamicin sulfate, DoxcyclineHcl, CiprofloxacinHcl and Amikacin on Mycoplasma hyop-neumoniae (MHP) and the fractional inhibitory concentrations(FIC) of Gentamicin sulfate, DoxcyclineHcl respectively combined with CiprofloxacinHcl and Tylodin tartrate in vitro were reported. The results showed that the minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of Tylodin tartrate sulfate was 0.20μg/ml. The fractional inhibitory concentrations(FIC) of CiprofloxacinHcl combined with Tylodin tartrate and DxcyclineHcl were 1, both showed additive effects. The FIC of DxcyclineHcl combined with Spectionmycin was 2,showed independent role. The FIC of the combination of Tylodin tartrate and Spectionmycin was 0.5, showed synergy. So the combination of the Tylodin tartrate and Spectionmycin can enhance the control effect of the MHP.
