经尺动脉介入化疗治疗晚期及术后复发乳腺癌临床探究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨经尺动脉介入化疗治疗晚期及术后复发乳腺癌的临床效果。 方法 选取2014年5月～2016年2月期间就诊的晚期乳腺癌及术后复发乳腺癌患者50例，所有患者均给予尺动脉介入化疗治疗，分析其临床治疗效果。 结果 通过介入化疗治疗后患者完全缓解和部分缓解合计构成比为86.00%，显著高于病情稳定及病情进展患者的构成比14.00%；患者出现不同程度的恶心、呕吐、食欲不振等并发症，其中恶心、呕吐的比例明显高于其他并发症。 结论 介入化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌及复发性乳腺癌虽然会导致一定的并发症，但是其治疗的效果是肯定的，能明显改善治疗效果 [关键词] 复发乳腺癌；尺动脉介入化疗；晚期乳腺癌；术后复发乳腺癌 [中图分类号] R737.9 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）33-0078-03 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of trans-ulner artery chemotherapy in the treatment of late and postoperative recurrent breast cancer. Methods A total of 50 patients with late and postoperative recurrent breast cancer who were treated from May 2014 to February 2016 were selected by numeration table. All patients were given trans-ulner artery chemotherapy and the clinical effects were analyzed. Results The ratio of complete released and part released patients after interventional chemotherapy was 86.00%， significantly higher than the ratio of stable and progressed patients（14.00%）； the patients had complications of different degree like nausea， vomiting and inappetence and nausea and vomiting was obviously higher than the other complications. Conclusion Although interventional chemotherapy in the treatment of late and recurrent breast cancer patients can lead complications， the clinical effect is positive and improves the treatment effect significantly. [Key words] Recurrent breast cancer； Trans-ulner artery interventional chemotherapy； Late breast cancer； Postoperative breast cancer 晚期乳腺癌或乳腺癌术后复发的患者，由于其肿瘤的体积较大，且患者局部的皮肤累及的面积加大，出现局部浸润固定等情况，因此通常无法直接进行手术切除治疗[1]。因此，通过手术前介入化疗治疗能够在不同程度上使瘤体的体积缩小，降低肿瘤的分期，进而使得肿瘤达到可施行根治手术治疗的程度[2，3]。我院为探讨经尺动脉介入化疗治疗晚期及术后复发乳腺癌的临床效果，特选取2014年5月～2016年2月期间就诊的患者资料进行总结分析，现报道如下 1 资料与方法 1.1一般资料 通过数字表法选择2014年5月～2016年2月就诊的晚期及术后复发乳腺癌患者50例，患者均通过针吸细胞学或者粗针穿刺活检证实，本人均同意并自愿签订《知情同意书》，研究经医学伦理委员会批准。其中男3例，女47例，年龄27～71岁，平均（47.8±2.9）岁。其中左侧乳腺肿瘤29例，右侧乳腺肿瘤21例。纳入标准：患者手术前检查结果显示血常规、肝肾功能、胸片、出凝血时间、以及心电均无异常情况。排除标准：排除不符合以上纳入标准患者 1.2方法 所有患者均给予经尺动
