Results Community n山ses are unable to undertake the home endowment service. and themes in its influencing factors were lack of persons. lack of policy support and lack of social acceptance. Conclusion Countries should increase input. and set up independent depart- ments or special persons in community health service or residents committees. and equip wi出 enough sta.fIs and n山se assistant in home endowment service.
