环境试验 高加速应力试验装置技术参数的测量 朱建华，钟 浩 (深圳市计量质量检测研究院，深圳 518055) 摘要：气锤驱动的高加速应力试验装置 ，能产生温度和非高斯随机振动应力，其 中振动应力是 由多个气锤作六 自由度运动产 生的。一般用来进行高温步进、低温步进、快速温度变化、振动、快速温变和振动复合试验。目前国家标准和校准规程中均 无关于该试验装置的技术参数的校准方法。本文结合试验装置的技术特点，提出了几个关于温度和振动技术参数的测量方法， 如：温度偏差、温度波动度、温度均匀度、温度过冲量、温度变化速率、均方根加速度、横向振动比、功率谱密度等。 关键词：温度偏差；温度波动度；温度均匀度；温度变化速率；均方根加速度；横向振动比 中图分类号：TB99 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1004—7204(2012)02—001806 M easurementaboutTechnicalParametersofHASTEquipment ZHUjian—hua，ZHONGHao (ShenzhenAcademyofMetrology ＆Quality Inspection，Shenzhen518055) Abstract：Highly Accelerated Stress Testing equipment that drived by pneumatic hammer can excite testing stress such as temperature and non GuasS random vibration． The random vibration iS engendered by those pneumatiC hammers rotating with six degree of freedom． The equipment can be used to do high temperature stepping， low temperature stepping， fast change of temperature， vibration， fast change of temperature and vibration composite testing． At present， there are no national standards or regulation to guide the measurement about technicalparametersof the equipment． In view ofthe characteristiC of the equipment， some E methodswhich measure the technicalparameters of temperature and vibration are raised， such as temperature _一协 deviation， temperature fluctuation， temperature uniformity， temperature overshoot， temperature change rate， 盯 root—mean—squared acceleration，ratioof transverse vibration and power spectral density etc． Keywords：temperaturedeviation：temperaturefluctuation；temperatureuniformity；temperature changerate； root—mean—squared acce1eration：ratiO of transverse vibration 引言 而且温度过冲难以抑制或消除。另多个气锤的六 自由度 通常所用
