Methods One hundred and sixtythree fetal faces at gestational age of 22- 40 eeks ere examined by voluson 730 pro 3D ultra sound.Results There ere 6 cases ith cleft lip (cleft pala line) , 1 case ith ocular hypertelorism (Do n s face) , 1 case ith only one eye, and 1 case ith complex face malformations identified. All results of ultrasonography ere confirmed by induced labor. Conclusion 3D ultrasonography can sho the structures of the fetal face directly and clearly so it is considered as the first choice for detecting malformations of the fetal face.
