Methods: Gather specimens from January 2012 to October 2012 guiyang medical college affiliated hospital breast surgery, a total of 141 cases, both improve the immunohistochemical examination smoothly and neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC);Using X2 test and Fishers exact probability method (SPSS l7.0) statistical analysis, inspection level of alpha = 0.05, P 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results: 1. Top Ⅱα level with age, family history of breast cancer patients, menstrual status, tumor size, lymph node metastasis were no correlation (P 0.05);Top Ⅱα positive rate in histological grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ respectively 27.8%, 37.1%, 58.8%, P0.05, the difference was statistically significant. 2. Top Ⅱα positive expression in Luminal-A, Luminal-B sample (her2-negative), Luminal-B-like (HER2 positive), the expression of HER2 and three negative were 35.7%, 42.1%, 65.7%, 77.4%, 65.7%, p 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, among them, the Luminal B-like, HER2 expression and three negative group was obviously higher expression. 3. Luminal-A in breast cancer group Top Ⅱα negative group and positive group was 55.6% and 60.
