一、福克斯影业2015年年报：Motion Picture Production and Distribution：One of the world’s largest producers and distributors of motion pictures, Twentieth Century Fox Film (“TCFF”) produces, acquires anddistributes motion pictures throughout the world under a variety of arrangements. During fiscal 2015, TCFF placed 25 motion pictures in generalrelease in the United States. The motion pictures of TCFF are produced and/or distributed by the following units of TCFF: Twentieth Century Foxand Fox 2000, which produce and acquire motion pictures for mainstream audiences? Fox Searchlight Pictures, which produces and acquiresspecialized motion pictures? and Twentieth Century Fox Animation, which produces feature length animated motion pictures. In addition, FoxInternational Productions, Inc. coproduces,cofinancesand acquires locallanguagemotion pictures intended for distribution outside the UnitedStates. The motion pictures produced and/or distributed by TCFF in the United States and international territories in fiscal 2015 included Dawn ofthe Planet of the Apes, The Maze Runner, Gone Girl (together with New Regency), Kingsman: The Secret Service, Birdman: Or (The UnexpectedVirtue of Ignorance) (together with New Regency), Wild and Me and Earl and the Dying Girl. TCFF has already released or currently plans torelease approximately 25 motion pictures in the United States in fiscal 2016, including Fantastic Four, Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials, TheMartian, The Peanuts Movie, Joy, Deadpool, XMen:Apocalypse, Independence Day Resurgence, and He Named Me Malala. Pursuant to anagreement with Monarchy Enterprises Holdings B.V. (“MEH”), the parent company of New Regency in which the Company has a 20% interest, andcertain of MEH’s subsidiaries, TCFF distributes certain New Regency films and all films cofinancedby TCFF and New Regency in all mediaworldwide, excluding a number of international territories with respect to television rights.
