Methods HGF(2 ml, o ce daily) were i jected i to 30 k ee joi ts which met to cli ical diag ostic sta dard of osteoart hritis.T he PGE , crosslaps, AKP a d the improveme t of cli ical symptom w ere i vesti 2 gated. Results After 6 w eeks, the co te ts of PGE a d crosslaps decreased otably compared wit h that of be 2 fore the treatme t ( P 001, P 0001) , mea w hile the cli ical symptoms were also improved to differe t exte ts. Conclusion PGE had i volveme ts i certai stages of articular cartilage damage. HGF had a pro 2 motio effect o the repair process of cart ilage. Key Words!
