我国0～6岁残障儿童心理干预体系的构建策略研究 李焕玉 王积福 (长江大学体育学院，荆州434023) 摘 要: 残障儿童由于身体上的诸多缺陷而易导致许多心理问题的发生，且其所产生的 心理不健康问题日益突出，主要表现为孤僻、自卑、猜疑、依赖、易抑郁与消沉及 过度激动等相关症状。而0～6岁的残障儿童是心理健康康复的黄金时期，对这些 儿童的早期心理干预具有很好的效果，故亟待在全社会地方残疾人康复机构构 建健全的心理干预体系。本文通过文献资料分析法，旨在改善0～6岁残障儿童的 心理健康水平，试图建立以个人为中心，以家庭、学校、社区为依托的残障儿童 心理干预体系（即 “一中心三依托”平台），并在该平台中建立健全完整的心理 评估与诊断系统及心理治疗系统，将家庭治疗、团体和游戏治疗、感觉统合训练 、脑电生物反馈训练等融入到该平台中，形成完整的综合心理干预体系。通过对 该综合心理干预体系的构建，为保障0～6岁残障儿童具备更好的心理健康水平 提供新的思路，将对我国残障儿童心理健康水平的发展产生巨大而又深远的意 义。 关键词: 0～6岁；残障儿童；心理干预；体系构建 作者简介： 李焕玉，副教授，研究方向：体育运动心理学，通讯地址：湖北省荆州市长江大学 东校区5号教学楼体育学院，电话Email ：lihuanyu750628@126.co m 。 王积福，助教，研究方向：体育运动心理学，通讯地址：湖北省荆州市长江大学东 校区5号教学楼307，电话Email ：jifuwang@163.com 。 The Constructional Strategies of Psychological Intervention System of Disabled Children Aged 0 to 6 in China Wang Jifu Ke Min （Institute of Physical Education, Yangtze University,Jingzhou,434023） Abstract: The physical defects of disability child easily cause the occur of many psychological problems, and the psychological unhealthy problems become increasingly prominent, mainly for the withdrawal, low self-esteem, suspicion, dependent, easily agitated depression and depressed and overexcitement and so on. The age of 0 to 6 years of the disabled children is the golden age of mental health rehabilitation. So, the early psychological intervention for these children has a good effect, and we need to construct the wholesome psychological interventional system in disability rehabilitation institutions of the whole society.
