海南医学院学报 2008，14(4) your~ ofHainan Medical College 361 高血压患者血、尿p2一微球蛋白的测定对其肾功能改变的临床意义 李子彬 (广东省河源市人民医院，广东河源 517000) [摘要]目的：探讨高血压患者的早期肾脏损害与血、尿p 一微球蛋白的关系。方法：选择高血压组58 例，正常组32例，用放射免疫法测定血、尿32-微球蛋白，并对两组间血、尿32-微球蛋白进行相关分析。 结果：高血压组血B 一微球蛋白水平为(2．679±1．274)mg／L，较aY-常对照组(1．725±0．547)mg／L明 显升高，有显著性差异(P0．05)；且高血压组尿32-微球蛋白水平为(137．2 4-130．0) g／L，较正常对 照组(52．0 4-32．0) g／L明显升高，有显著性差异(P0．05)。结论：高血压患者早期肾脏损害与血、 尿13，一微球蛋白有密切的关系，血、尿B 一微球蛋白可作为高血压患者肾功能改变的一项敏感指标。 [关键词]高血压；肾功能实验；放射免疫测定；p 一微球蛋白 [中图分类号]R544．1 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1007—1237(2008)04-0361-02 Clinical significance of i32-microglobulin of blood and urine to renal function of hyperten。 sion LI Zi—bin (tteyuan Peoples Hospital，Guangdong Province He) ／／,at／．517000，China) [ABSTRACT]Objective：To investigate the relationship between the early renal damage and blood and urine 132-microgl~bulin(32-MG)in hypertensive patients．Methods：132-microglobulin levels in blood and urine in 58 hvI)ertensive patients and 32 nonnal controls were determined with radioimmunoassay and the correlation between the two the groups was compared and analyzed．Results：Plasma level of B2一microglobulin in hypertensive patients (2．679-4-1．274)mg／L was significantly higher than that in the normal controls(1．725-4-0．547)mg／L(P 0．05)．The urine level of B2一microglobulin in hype~ensive patients(137．2-4-130．0) g／L was also significantly higher than that in the normal controls(52．0±32．0) g／L(P0．05)．Conclusion：The early renal damage of hype~ension patients is closely,associated with the B2一microglobulin in blood and urine．Measurement of 132-micro— globulin in blood and urine can be used as a sensitive indicator for the diagnosis of renal function of hype~ension． [KEY WO RDS]Hypertenion；Renal function；Radi0immunoassay；32-microglobulin 高血压常常累及肾脏，肾脏损害又可加重高血
