灭菌包内化学指示卡变色不标准原因研究及对策【摘要】 目的 探讨灭菌包内化学指示卡变色不标准原因。 方法 将2009年5月至6月随机调查手术室每天所需要的各种无菌包，开包使用前检查是否达到“灭菌条件”，包内化学指示卡变色的情况，作为对照组。2009年7月至8月，采取有效改进措施后，每天抽查手术室相同的压力蒸汽灭菌包中化学指示卡变色情况作为控制组。结果 采取措施前有42个灭菌包内化学指示卡变色不标准，采取措施后只有4个灭菌包内化学指示卡变色不标准。 结论 3 m压力蒸汽灭菌包由化学指示卡变色不标准因素，受蒸汽灭菌过程中蒸汽的冷凝水的影响，要使化学指示卡变为标准黑色，必须要正确使用化学指示卡，规范物品包装，正确使用消毒器，才能保证灭菌质量。 【关键词】 化学指示卡；变色不标准；原因；对策 Analysis on the nonstandard color changing reasons of the chemical indicator card in sterilization package and the solutions ZHONG Xiao-Ming, DU Jing-Huang, QIU Zui-Ran,et al.People?s Hospital of Chenghai City, Shantou 515800，China 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nonstandard color changing reasons of the chemical indicator card in sterilization package.Methods In between May and June 2009, randomly investigate all kinds of sterilization packages used daily in operation room, to check if the sterilization conditions is up to standard before use, and how the color changes of each chemical indicator card inside, as the comparison group. In between July and August 2009, after improved measures are taken to pressured and steamed sterilization packages, randomly check the color changing situations of the chemical indicator cards in each package in operation room, as the control group.Results The color changing ofthe 42 chemical indicator cards in the sterilization packages are nonstandard before using the improved method, and only 4 of the color changing situation of the cards in packages are nonstandard after the improvements have been applied.Conclusion The nonstandard color changing reasons of the chemical indicator card in 3 m pressured and steamed sterilization package are subject to condensated water of the steam during pressuring and steaming sterilizering process. In order to make chemical indicator card showing standard black color, the card must be used properly, the packing must be normative, the sterilizering equipments must be used correctly, so that the sterilization quality can be guaranteed. 【Key word
