通心络胶囊预防垂体后叶素致实验性大鼠急性心肌缺血探究【摘要】目的：研究通心络胶囊对垂体后叶素致实验性大鼠急性心肌缺血的预防作用。方法：对40只大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型组、硝酸甘油组和通心络胶囊组，采用大鼠腹腔注射垂体后叶素建立急性心肌缺血模型，观察各给药组注射垂体后叶素后心电图ST段变化以及血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I（TnI）、肌红蛋白（Myo）、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)等指标。结果： 硝酸甘油组和通心络胶囊组能明显影响急性心肌缺血的心电图变化，抑制CK-MB、TnI、Myo的升高，提高血清SOD活性、降低MDA含量。结论：通心络胶囊能改善垂体后叶素致实验性大鼠急性心肌缺血的作用。 【关键词】通心络胶囊；垂体后叶素；心肌缺血 文章编号：1009-5519（2007）17-2530-03 中图分类号：R25 文献标识码：A Study on tongxinluo capsule in the prevention of acute myocardial ischemia caused by pituitrin CHEN Han-xiang，LIU Li，PENG Chao-hua (Medical College of Wuhan Industrial College，Hubei 430023，China) 【Abstract】Objective:To study the preventive effect of tongxinluo capsule on acute myocardial ischemia caused by pituitrin.Methods: 40 rats were divided into four groups,ie,normal group,model group,nitroglycerin group and tongxinluo capsule group pituitrin(20 u/kg) was intraperitoneal injected to erect the model of acute myocardial ischemia.The changes of the II road electrocardiogram(ST segment) and the contents of lactic dehydrogencase(LDH),creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB),troponinl(TnI),myoglobin(Myo),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum were observed after injecting pituitrin.Results:Tongxinluo capsule and nitroglycerin could significantly influence the change of ST segment in the electrocardiogram of acute myocardial ischemia,but the indices of CK-MB,TnI and Myo were significantly inhibited.The activity of SOD in tomgxinluo capsule group increased evidently,while the content of MDA decreased.Conclusion:Tongxinluo capsule has the preventive effect on acute myocardial ischemia caused by pituitrin. 【Key words】Tongxinluo capsule；Pituitrin；Myocardium ischemia 通心络胶囊用于治疗心气虚乏、血瘀络阻引起的冠心病心绞痛，症见胸部憋闷、刺痛、绞痛，固定不移，心悸自汗，气短乏力，舌质紫暗或有瘀斑，脉细涩或结代等。本实验拟用垂体后叶素致大鼠急性心肌缺血模型来观察通心络胶囊抗心肌缺血的作用。 1 材料与方法 1.1 实验药物：通心络胶囊0.38 g/粒(石家庄以岭药业股份有限公司生产， 国药准字; 硝酸甘油片0.5 mg/片(北京益民药业有限公司国药准字；垂体后叶素，每支10 U/ml(天津市生物化学制药厂，批号。实验动物：SD大鼠40只，体重(250±15)g，由华
