Results: ①The mean scores of organizational commitment and occupation burnout among nurses were (2.12±0.41) and (3.91±0.55), respectively; ② Pearson correlation analysis showed that organizational commitment was negatively correlated with each dimension of organizational commitment (P0.05); ③Hierarchical regression analysis showed that age and organizational commitment were the influencing factors of occupation burnout among nurses. Conclusions: The nurses have poor organizational commitment and serious occupation burnout, and the organizational commitment is the important influencing factor of occupation burnout among nurses.
