The thiocy n te were sep r ted w ith the M etrosep A Supp4 An ion Exch nger Column. A m ix ed solution of 2. 5 mmol/L N CO nd 2. 0 mm ol/L N HCO cont in ing 3. 5% cetonew s used s eluent.
