· 92· 中国优生与遗传杂志2008年第l6卷第2期 二维超声在子宫发育异常诊断中的应用评价 (附33例临床分析) 李明宜，安丰娟 (山东省日照市东港区计划生育服务站，276800) 摘 要：目的 探讨二维超声对子宫发育异常的诊断价值，为正确诊断子宫发育异常提供参考。方法 采用PHIL— IPS—M254OA超声诊断仪，腹部探头频率为3．5MHz，阴道探头频率为5—7．5MHz，根据所使用的探头决定膀胱的充盈情 况，常规多切面、多角度扫查子宫，观察子宫的外形、子宫内膜的形态与走向及其附件情况，分析子宫发育异常的二维超 声声像图特征。结果 本组33例中，经超声确诊者3O例，超声诊断符合率9l％，误诊3例，误诊率9％。结论 二维超 声可作为诊断子宫发育异常的首选方法。 关键词：二维超声；子宫发育异常 中图分类号：R445．12 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1006—9534(2008)02—0092—02 Evaluating the application of two dimensional u~msound in abnormal growth of uterus．L／Ming一 ，AN Feng—juan． (One一 Potty Service Station，Donggang District ofRizhao，Shandong 276800) Abstract：Objective：To evaluate the diagnosis value of two—dimensional ultrasound in abnormal growth of uterus，and provide reference for the correct diagnosing abnormal growth of uterus．Methods：To apply the apparatus of ultrasound diagnosis(PHILIPS-- M2540A)，the~equency of its abdomen detection—top is 3．5MHz，and the frequency of its vagina detection—top is 5—7．5MHz．In the base of applying the detection—top to deciding the full state of the bladder．From the general different cut surfaces and points of view，scanning the uterus，observing the shape of uterus，observing the form and tend towards of the endometrium and the state of en- dometrial accessory，analyzing the characteristic of two—dimensional ultrasound chart in the abnormal growth of uterus．Results：In 33 examples，30 exam ples are diagnosed through ultrasound，the ratio of according with is 91％ ，the false diagnosis is 3 examples，the ra— tio of the false diagnosis is 9％．Conclusion：Two—dimensional ultrasound can be used as the first method in the diagnosis of abnormal growth of uterus． Key WOrds：Two—dimensional ultrasound：Abnormal growth of uterus 女性生殖器官各部分是由不同胚胎组织经过一系列发 方法确诊。 育演变而成的，其发育过程为先有性腺的形成，而后内、外生
