Comparison among Performances of Three Diagnostic Criteria for Patients with Seronegative Spondyloarthropath

Abstract Objective To explore the diagnostic efficacy and clinical characteristics of different diagnostic or
classifi cation criteria for patients with spondyloarthropathy. MethodsWe collected the clinical data of 141 patients with
spondyloarthropathy treated between February 2000 and August 2012, including 197 cases of rheumatoid arthritis and
undifferentiated arthritis. The patients were divided into group NY, ESSG and ASAS based on different diagnostic criteria.
We studied clinical manifestations, CT and MRI of sacroiliac joint and laboratory parameters in the three groups of patients,
and compared sensitivity and specifi city among the three diagnostic criteria. ResultsAmong the 141 patients, 62 were in
accordance with NY cri
