炎症性肌纤维母细胞瘤临床病理研究(附10例)[摘要]目的探索炎症性肌纤维母细胞瘤（IMT）的临床病理特征。方法 回顾性分析2006年1月-2010年1月10例炎症性肌纤维母细胞瘤患者的临床及病理形态学资料，进行免疫组织化学分析。结果 10例患者3例位于颈或胸腹壁软组织，4例位于肺，另3例位于肠系膜或网膜，均经手术治疗恢复良好。随访6-56个月，1例复发，1例转移。结论 炎症性肌纤维母细胞瘤是以炎症为背景、肌纤维母细胞增生为主的一种少见的良性肿瘤，具有一定的复发倾向及恶变潜能。确诊依靠病理，手术为主要治疗手段。术后需对患者密切随访。 [关键词]炎症性肌纤维母细胞瘤； 病理特征； 免疫组织化学 [中图分类号]R361+.3[文献标识码]A [文章编号] 1005-0515（2010）-12-011-01 Drug instructions for clinical nursing in the hepatobiliary surgery department JIANG Ying,YANG Yan-ying,HE Run,DAN Hui-fang,WEI Ji-hong. （Mianyang Central Hospital,Sichuan Province,Mianyang,621000 China） [Abstract]ObjectiveExplore inflammatory myofibroblasts cell tumor (IMT) the clinical and pathological features.Methods Retrospective analysesJanuary 2006 to January 2010 theclinical and pathological morphology material of10 cases the inflammatory myofibroblasts cell tumor patients ,proceed immunohistochemistry analysis.The resultsAt 10 patients ,3 cases in the neck or chest abdominal wall soft tissue, 4 cases in the lung, other 3 cases were located in the mesenteric or retinal, all by surgical treatment of a good recovery .Follow-up visit 6-56 months, 1 cases relapse, 1 case of transfer.conclusionInflammatory myofibroblasts cell tumor is a rare benign tumor for inflammation in the background, myofibroblasts cell hyperplasia primarily recurrence, has certain tendencies and m alignant transformation potential. [Keywords] Inflammatory myofibroblasts cell tumors; Pathologic features; immunohistochemical 炎症性肌纤维母细胞瘤(inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor，IMT) 是一种少见间叶性肿瘤，由肌纤维母细胞性梭形细胞和浆细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞等炎症细胞构成。主要发生于儿童及青年人内脏及软组织，女性多见。临床和影像学易误诊为恶性肿瘤，其病理组织学形态复杂，诊断较为困难。本文收集10例IMT患者的临床病例资料，并进行临床行为、组织形态及免疫表型分析，探索其临床病理特征。 1 资料和方法 1.1临床资料 2006年1月-2010年4月我院病理诊断为炎症性肌纤维母细胞瘤的病例10例。其中男性3例，女7例，年龄2-38岁，平均22.7岁。10例患者中有3例位于颈或胸腹壁软组织，4例位于肺，另3例位于肠系膜或网膜，全部病例均经手术和病理确诊，并自出院后通过电话随访至2010年7月。 1.2 方法 手术切除标本
