黄芩柴胡分煎合煎色谱组分对比探究摘 要：目的：通过比较和分析中药药对黄芩柴胡的合煎、分煎以及配方免煎颗粒剂的HPLC紫外图谱信息，探求不同调配方法对药物组分的溶出度及组分改变的影响。方法：逆相色谱柱：RPC?18 (Cadenza CD-C?18#ZB0703C 4.6mm×150mm，4μm)。流动相：A=0.1% TFA H2O,B=0.1% TFA H2O/CAN=1/9。梯度：A/B=100/0～90/10 in 5min A/B=90/10～60/40 in next 55min。流速：1.0mL/min；检测波长：215nm；进样量20μL。结果：各组合煎时，药对中特定组分的溶出度增加，部分主要组分高于分煎组2倍以上。免煎颗粒的溶出度与分煎接近。各组合煎与分煎或颗粒剂之间相比，出现了少量低丰度峰的增减改变。 结论：合煎能使药物的成分溶出度增加, 但组分改变不显著。 免煎颗粒有推广的可能性，但在量的等效性方面。还有必要加以进一步考察。? 关键词：HPLC；药对；合煎；分煎；中药；免煎颗粒? 中图分类号：R285.5文献标识码：A 文章编号：1673-7717(2008)11-2427-04? Abstract:Objective： Through the ultraviolet spectrum of the mixed decoction (mix the traditional Chinese herbs together,and then boil them in water),the separated decoction (boil the single traditional Chinese herb in water separately,and then mix them together),and extracted granule of couple of Redix Scutellariae and Redix Bupleuri,we analysis the overall ingredients,compare the differences,in order to investigate the influence of different decoct methods,on component and solute quantity.Methods:Column: RPC?18 4.6mm×150mm(Cadenza CD-C?18 #ZB0703C).
