内镜下金属钛夹及注射止血治疗老年人上消化道出血疗效比较[摘要] 目的:评价内镜下金属钛夹与注射止血对老年人急性上消化道出血的疗效及安全性比较。方法:将在内镜下有活动性上消化道出血的老年患者68例随机分为两组,根据经济状况选择33例进行金属钛夹止血治疗,另外35例进行内镜下注射止血治疗,比较两组患者的疗效及有无并发症。结果:两组即时止血率均为100%,有效止血率在金属钛夹组为93.94%(31/33),药物注射组为91.43%(32/35),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。所有病例无穿孔及其他术后并发症。结论:经内镜下金属钛夹与注射止血治疗上消化道出血同样安全有效。 [关键词] 上消化道出血;金属钛夹;内镜治疗;局部注射止血;去甲肾上腺素 [中图分类号] R656.6[文献标识码]A [文章编号]1673-7210(2010)06(a)-048-02 Comparison of endoscopic metal titanium clamp and injection hemostatic on the treatment of elderly upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage LI Jie1, ZHANG Long2 (1.Department of Gerontology, the First Hospital of Guangzhou City, Guangzhou 510180, China; 2.Department of Digestive System, the First Hospital of Guangzhou City, Guangzhou 510180, China) [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the comparative effect and safety of endoscopic metal titanium clamp and injection on the treatment of elderly acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: 68 cases of elderly patients in the endoscopic approach who had active upper gastrointestinal bleeding were divided into two groups at random, according to the economic situation in metal titanium clamp 33 cases, 35 patients hemostatic treatment for endoscopic treatment, and injection bleeding complications and differences between the two groups were compared. Results: The immediate effective rate in two groups all was 100% and bleeding in the metal titanium clamp group was 93.94% (31/33), drug injection group sensitivities 91.43% (32/35), there was no statistically significant between two groups (P0.05). All the cases were no perforation and other complications. Conclusion: The endoscopic metal titanium clamp and injection hemostatic on the treatment of elderly upper gastrointestinal bleeding also is safe and effective.
