Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia can cause brain atrophy, leading to cognitive impairment, chronic illness facing the elderly, the elderly population in the resulting decline in the quality of life at the same time, huge medical expenses and care costs for families and a heavy financial burden on society, older people with intellectual disabilities has become a disease in an aging society can not be avoided and must face public health problem [1].
