Expression and significance of the endometrium of endometriosis and adenomyosis P450arom COX 2mRNA,, [Abstract] Objective To study cytochrome aromatase cytochrome P450 (P450arom in genes and cyclooxygenase 2 (COX 2 gene expression in endometriosis (EMs and adenomyosis (AM eutopic and ectopic endometrium and correlation method of reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR technique to detect P450arom in the mRNA and COX 2 mRNA expression in 22 cases of normal endometrium, eutopic and ectopic endometrium of 42 cases of EMs and 33 cases of AM and correlation analysis of the results of the expression of P450arom mRNA in normal endometrium, are expressed in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium in EMs and AM, there were significant difference compared with normal endometrium (F = 28.777, q = 4.624 ~ 10.282, P lt;0.01).
