Patients with sudden cardiac death CX43 expression in the left ventricle, interventricular septum and right ventricle was significantly lower than the control group (t = 2.09 ~ 8.01, P lt;0.05); patients with sudden cardiac death CX40 in the left ventricle, interventricular septum and right ventricle of also significantly lower than the control group (t = 3.24 ~ 9.40, P lt;0.05) Conclusion of CX43, CX40 expression changes in parts of the expression reduction in the number may be associated with sudden cardiac death has a certain relationship.
