从企业对电子商务岗位生态需求谈高校电子商务专 业课程体系构建 Discusses the university e-commerce special course system construction from the enterprise to the e-commerce post demand 李建忠 沧州师范学院机电经管系，河北沧州，061001 Li jianzhong Changzhou Teachers College of Economic Management Department, Cangzhou, Hebei, 061001 【摘要】 电子商务的迅猛发展为高校电子商务专业带来了机遇，但目前 各高校电子商务专业的建设与课程体系方面差别很大，并不能很好地适应企业 对电子商务岗位的需求。电子商务专业本身的复合性、广泛性和交叉性的特点 也也影响了高校对电子商务专业人才培养定位，从而也不同程度影响了电子商 务专业毕业生的就业。这种情况很不利于我国电子商务专业的发展。本文结合 电子商务专业课程建设与教学体系改革的实际，首先分析目前国内电子商务人 才岗位需求；然后，根据电子商务人才岗位需求，将电子商务专业细分为三个 方向，并讨论电子商务专业课程体系学科设置及实训体系的建立，提出以就业 为导向，以真实项目驱动教学，将项目能力的培养贯穿于教学全过程。 【关键词】电子商务；岗位需求；课程体系 【Abstract 】 The rapid development of e-commerce brings opportunities for for e-commerce colleges, but the construction of the e-commerce colleges curriculum are very different, and not well adapted to the needs of enterprise e-business positions. E-business professionals own compound, broad and cross-cutting features have also affected the professional training college orientation on e-commerce, and thus varying degrees of e-commerce professional graduates. This is not beneficial to the professional development of electronic commerce. Combining e-commerce curriculum development and reform of the actual teaching system, this paper first analysis of the current status of domestic e-commerce needs 1 of personnel; then, according to e-commerce needs of personnel positions, the professional e-commerce will be divided into three directions, and discuss e- commerce curriculum subjects and training system to establish, raise employment-oriented and project-driven real teaching, ability to project throughout the entire process
