寻找销售增长点(Looking for sales growth)
As one of the most mature industries in China, the appliance market, marketing concepts, marketing methods and promotion methods continue to be introduced. Similarly, in China, the most competitive is the appliance industry! A grim fact is: product homogeneity intensified competition, price war competition to become the norm, many of the sales income of more than a billion, billions of dollars of large enterprises, now the profits are still not as good as in the past a small and medium-sized enterprises, but also a melee incident is still ongoing. And out of the era of profit, to find profit growth point, the most fundamental thing is to find sales growth!
Generally speaking, sales growth can be from the following six aspects to find and extend to form six kinds of basic growth direction, they are: new products; market development; channel structure optimization; consumer guide; promotion of innovation; strengthen the marketing team, and then three aspects can also be referred to as enhanced terminal.
