第 31卷 第 1期 纺 织 学 报 Vo1．31．No．1 2010年 1月 JournalofTextileResearch Jan．，2010 文章编号 ：0253—9721(2010)01—0068—08 无皂黏合剂乳液的合成及其在静 电植绒中的应用 汪 澜 ，顾相军，吴明华 ，林俊雄 (浙江理工大学 先进纺织材料与制备技术教育部重点实验室，浙江 杭州 310018) 摘 要 为克服传统乳液聚合 中游离乳化剂 的存在影响黏合剂粘着力等缺点，采用可聚合乳化剂—— 马来酸酐脂 肪醇聚氧乙烯醚单酯化物合成了无皂丙烯酸酯黏合剂乳液，优化了无皂黏合剂乳液的聚合工艺，采用 FT—IR、激光 粒度仪、TEM和 DSC对乳液进行 了表征。结果表明：乳液粒子粒径分布均匀，乳液耐 电解质性能较好 ，乳液膜耐水 性有所 改善 。将该乳液用于静电植绒 ，分析植绒工艺 因素与植绒牢度等关系。结果表 明，无皂黏合剂 的粘着性能 良好 ，植绒织物 的植绒牢度达到2000次 以上 ，符合植绒服装面料的牢度要求 。 关键词 可聚合乳化剂 ；无皂乳液聚合 ；黏合剂乳液 ；静电植绒 中图分类号 ：TQ314．24 文献标志码 ：A Synthesisofsoapfreeadhesiveemulsionanditsapplication in staticflocking WANGLan，GUXiangjun，WUMinghua，LIN Junxiong (KeyLaboratoryofAdvancedTextileMeterialsandManufacturingTechnology，MinistryofEducation， ZhejiangSci—TechUniversity，Hangzhou，Zh ang 310018，China) Abstract The presence ofsome free surfactants in the adhesive prepared by traditionalemulsion polymerizationwillaffectthe bondingforceoftheadhesive．Toovercomethisshortcoming，soap-free acrylateadhesivewassynthesized with polymerizable surfactants ofsodium monoalky1p0ly0xyethylene maleates．Thepolymerizationprocessofthesoap—freeadhesiveemulsionwasoptimized，andtheproduct wascharacterized by FT—IR ，particle size analyzer，TEM and DSC．The resultsindicated thatthe resultingadhesive emulsion hasuniform distribution ofparticlesize，good electrolyte resistance，and enhancedwaterrepellencyoftheemulsionfilm．Theemulsion wasappliedtostaticflocking，and the relationshipbetweentechnologicalfactorsandflockingfastnesswasstudied．Theresultsshowedthatthe soap—freeadhesivehadgoodbondingforceandtheflockingfabricwith thisadhesiveemulsion hadgood rubbingfastness(over2000tim
