穿线盒冲压工艺分析及冲裁拉深模具设计 摘 要：本文概述了穿线盒的相关特点和我国模具的发展历史、现状和以后的发展趋势。设计中对该产品进行了详细的工艺分析和方案选择。经过讨论和分析各个方案的的优缺点。主要工作有工件的工艺分析、加工路线的拟定、毛坯尺寸的计算、两套模具的设计、以及模具主要尺寸的计算等。具体有零件分析及作用、选择毛坯种类、LY12M材料的介绍、零件冲压工艺分析。其中零件冲压工艺分析包括:加工路线拟定、毛坯尺寸计算、材料利用率计算。然后进行落料拉深复合模具的设计。其中模架导套，导柱均等按国家标准形式。在论文设计中我主要给出了两套模具图和总装配图，以便于指导生产实践。进行大批量生产。 关键词：模具设计；工艺分析；尺寸计算； Threading Box Stamping Process Analysis and Punching Drawing Mold Design Abstract：This paper summarizes the related features of threading box and the development history, current situation and the future development trend of mold in our country. In the design, it makes detail process analysis and scheme selection on that product. By discussing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of all the schemes. The main works are process analysis of work-piece, proposing the process route, calculation of semi-finished product size, design of two sets of molds, the calculation of main sizes of mold, etc. In detail, there are part analysis and function, selecting semi-finished type, introduction of LY12M material, stamping process analysis of part. Among them, stamping process analysis of part includes: proposing the process route, calculation of semi-finished product size, calculation of material utilization ratio. And then, conduct the design of blanking drawing compound mold. Both the mold guide sleeve and the guide column apply the national standard form. In the paper design, it mainly proposes two sets o moles drawing and general assembly drawing, which are convenient for guiding the production practice and conducting mass production.
