系统研发与设计 System Development and Design 基于医院影像网络系统的医学影像学病例 检索系统构建及临床应用价值探讨 ① ＊ 陈涛 严静东 摘 要 目的：建立基于医学影像存储与传输系统（PACS）的医学影像学病例检索系统，使临床医生能够快速获得相近患者 的影像资料，以提高对疾病诊断的准确性，便于临床科研工作者更加精确地对所需病例的查询及提取，满足其科研需求。方 法：从2003年至今在南方医院所有影像学检查（CT、MRI、X线）的病例资料库中，在各种疾病的医学影像学信息基础上对某 些疾病病例进行精确检索。结果：运用该系统可以更加全面及精确地对既往的影像学病例进行查询。结论：建立基于PACS的 医学影像学病例检索系统，有助于临床医生对疾病的诊断及科研工作，尤其是进行回顾性分析的科研工作，大大提高了工作 效率，在今后的临床和科研工作中具有很大的发展前景。 关键词 PACS 病例检索 医学影像 影像诊断 Doi:10.3969/j.issn.1673-7571.2015.2.016 [中图分类号] R319;R471 [文献标识码] A Study of the Medical Imaging Cases Query System s Building and Its Value on Clinical Application Based on PACS / CHEN Tao, YAN Jing-dong//China Digital Medicine.-2015 10(2): 57 to 59 Abstract Objective: Building the medical imaging cases query system based on PACS aims at quickly obtaining the similar image datas for doctors so as to improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis and for some clinical scientific researchers, they can more precisely query and extract their required cases to meet the demand of their scientific researches. Methods: Precisely querying some diseases on the basis of imaging characteristics of all kinds of diseases from all the imaging cases (CT, MRI, X-ray) in the database of Nanfang hospital since 2003. Result: By using of the system, doctors can query the previous imaging cases more comprehensively and accurately. Conclusion: Building the medical imaging cases query system based on PACS can help radiologists to diagnosis diseases, and contribute to scientific research work, especially the analyzed retrospectively research work, it can greatly improve the work efficiency. In the future, the system has great prospects for development in clinical an
