Abstract: Referenced from the research results of evaluation index and model which reflects the effect of classroom teaching of
universities both in domestic and aboard, this paper established a kind of evaluation index and modelwhich reflects the effect of classroom
teaching ofuniversitiesfollowing the principle of simplenessand comprehensiveness. According to the characteristics of university teaching,
the index including four parts which are named teaching attitude, teaching contents, teaching ability and teaching management with 10
indicators in them. Whats more, we determined the weight of each indicator through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In the course
named managementin Kunming University of Science andTechnology (KUST)as an example,we use the method of the gray correlation
degreeto sortand analyzestheteaching effectoftwoteachers ofmanagementcourseinKUST.
