2008年 6月 护 理 管 理 杂 志 Jun，2008 第8卷6期 Journal of Nursing Administration V0l_8 No．6 · 论著 · 护理管理者对实施护士分层次使用的态度及思考 曹 晶，谢瑶洁，李Y-．乐，吴欣娟 (北京协和医学院中国医学科学院北京协和医院护理部，北京 100730) 摘要：目的 了解护理管理者对护士分层次使用的态度及想法，为建立更为科学、合理的分层次管理体系提供建设性意见与 建议。方法 对北京市6所三级甲等医院的护理部主任进行半结构式访谈，将获得的资料分析、整理、提炼出主题。结果 实 施护士分层次使用具有深远意义；合理的人力资源配备、科学的分层标准以及待遇的明确等保障分层工作的实施；高学历护 士经过合理培养与锻炼将具有很大发展潜质，而临床工作的监督与指导将是高年资护士发挥重要作用的平台。结论 护理 管理者关于实施护士分层次使用的态度及建议对建立科学的管理体系具有重要意义。 关键词：护理管理；护士；分层次使用；质性研究 中图分类号：C931．3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1671—315X(2008)06—0003—03 A qualitative research on the opinions of grade duty nursing pattern from the perspective of nursing administrators／CAO Jing，XIE Yao—jie，LI Yu—le，WU Xin—juan／／Journal of Nursing Administration，一2008，8(6)：3． Abstract：Objective To understand the opinions of nursing administrators on applying grade duty nursing pattern，and to provide sug— gestions for establishing more scientific and rational management system Method A semi—structured interview was conducted on the directors of nursing departments in six GradeⅢClass—A hospitals in Bering．Resul~ The nursing administrators agreed that it had great significance to apply grade duty nursing pattern．They considered that rational nurse staffing，scientific grading standards and clari— fied treatment system were the key points to ensure the implementati0n of grade duty nursing pattern．The nurses with high academic qualification would play an important role through appropriate training，and the senior nurses were well qualified for the supervision and direction of nursing care．Conclusion The opinions and suggestions of nursing administrators on the application of grade duty nursing pattern will provide beneficial reference for the establishment of scientific management system． Author’S address：Nursing Department，Peking Union Medical College Hospital，Peking Union Medical
