The introduction explains the basis and the significance of the study on the laws of the risk investment of the stockjobbers. In the way of defining the risk investment of the stockjobber as it directly invest in the unlisted companies through the way of strategic investment, the thesis clarifies the area of the laws of the risk investment of the stockjobber is applied to. And also the general ways of study and the whole structure of the thesis are also introduced. The first part briefly introduces the definition, character and the process of risk investment ，as well as the character and importance of the stockjobber participating in the risk investment. Secondly, the situations of the Chinese stockjobber participating in the risk investment, and the Chinese governmental regulations on it through the history are introduced, from which, the truth is drawn that there are big differences between China and other countries on the regulative laws towards the stockjobber participating in the risk investment. Based on these introductions, there comes the conclusion that at the beginning period, it is just the profit that impels the stockjobbers participating in the risk investment, and due to the defective regulations, there’s usually mass risk at that time, therefore, the governmental policies towards the risk investment are all-scale prohibition.
