新疆主要肉牛育肥场饲料卫生质量现状调查研究 摘 要 为了了解新疆主要肉牛育肥场肉牛饲草料的卫生安全现状，以期为新疆肉牛安全高 效生产质量体系的建立提供饲料安全方面的基础数据。本研究依据相应国标规定的检测 方法，对新疆牛肉生产主产区伊犁地区和阿克苏地区6 个肉牛育肥养殖场的饲草料进行 大肠菌群、沙门氏菌、霉菌总数和亚硝酸盐含量的检测。结果表明：在所有被检饲料中， 大肠菌群数范围为30~11000 个/100g ，麦秆饲料中大肠菌群数最高，达到3340 个/100g ， 麸皮、棉籽粕、菜籽粕、预混料四种饲料较低，未超过40 个/100g ；各种饲料都检测到 霉菌，霉菌总数范围为 10~920000 个/g ，其中青贮饲料中霉菌总数较低，未超过700 个 /g ；沙门氏菌初步分离培养未发现可疑菌落；部分饲料中检测出亚硝酸盐，范围为 1.3~19.4 mg/kg ，但含量未超过20 mg/kg 。本研究初步表明新疆主要肉牛育肥场饲草料 中亚硝酸盐含量较低，受微生物污染情况也较轻，没有严重污染情况发生。本研究为新 疆肉牛生产过程中饲料安全评价奠定了基础。 关键词：肉牛；饲料；大肠菌群；霉菌总数；亚硝酸盐 I Study on the Hygienic Quality of Beef Cattle’s Feeds in Main Fattening Farms in XinJiang Abstract The aim of the study is to get a preliminary understanding of the hygienic quality situation of beef cattle’s feeds in Xinjiang. The coliform, salmonella, total mould and nitrite content were detected in feeds collected from six beef cattle fattening farms located in the prefectures of Yili and Akesu according to national standard detection methods. Results were as follows: The range of coliform was 30/100g to 11000/100g in all detected feeds, among them the highest was 3440/100g in straw feed, the lowers were less than 40/100g in bran, cotexpeller, rapeseed dregs, premix feed. The range of mould was 10~920000/g ,and silage has the lowest groups of mould that is less than 700/g. Suspicious colonies were not detected in the preliminary separated cultivation of salmonella; nitrite was detected in some feeds, yet its content was less than 20 mg/kg.
