内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目： 关门山铁矿年产150吨 工艺及开采设计 学生姓名： 学 号： 1072101224 专 业： 采矿工程 班 级： 采矿10-2班 指导教师： 摘 要 本设计是关门山露天铁矿设计，年产200万吨。主要设计露天矿的最终境界、上部开拓系统、露天采矿工艺以及进度计划等内容。该矿山在2015年开始基建，2019年达产，总服务年限为40年。 露天矿的最底部标高为－110m，最高标高为+180m。采场上盘最终边坡角45°，采场下盘最终边坡角35°，台阶高度10m，台阶坡面角65°，出入沟宽度13m。每布置三个安全平台就布置一个清扫平台，安全平台宽度4m，清扫平台宽度10m。 上部开拓采用斜坡汽车运输开拓山坡露天矿，封闭圈以下采用斜坡汽车固定坑线开拓。 在采矿工艺方面，采用KY-250型牙轮钻机钻孔，选用SH-380A型载重32吨汽车运输，配套选用WK-4型4m3电铲采装。在排土场，采用汽车运输，选择黄河T-180型推土机排土。 关键词：露天采矿最终境界、上部开拓系统、采矿工艺、采掘进度计划。 Abstract This is the design of Guanmenshan open-air iron ore, The annual capacity of production is 200,0000 tons. It mainly involves the ultimate realm of open pit, the upper part of the system, the open pit mining process as well as the contents of the progress of projects. The mine prepares the construction of infrastructure in 2015, and will reach production capacity in 2019, the total length of service in the mine will last 78 years. The end of the elevation in the Open-pit mine is －110m, the highest elevation is +180m, The final slope anglein the top is 45°, and the other side is 35°，The height of the step is 10m, the angle of height slope is 65 °, the width of the out of groove is 13m. Each of the three security platform arranged on a cleaning platform, the width of security platform is 4m, that of the cleaning platform is 10m. The upper part of pioneering uses the hillside slopes to open up the motor transport open-pit mine,and the closed loop using the following line slope pit open up car fixed. In the mining process, the use of KY-250 Down-hole drilling rig. SH-380A selected load 32 tons of automobile-based transport, supporting selection of type WK-4 Excavator backhoe loaded 4m3.
