辽宁中医杂志2014年第 41卷第2期 ·289 · DOI：10．13192／j．issn．1000-1719．2014．02．039 血府逐瘀汤对高血脂症患者的降脂作用机制研究 俞雪梅，杨光辉，李萍 (湖州市第一人民医院药剂科，浙江 湖州 313000) 摘 要：目的：探讨中药治疗高血脂症的机理。方法：按入组顺序将86例患者平均分为两组。对照组使用辛伐他汀 治疗，观察组加用血府逐瘀汤治疗。结果：观察组和对照组显效率分别为48．84％、32．56％，总有效率分别为86．05％、 60．47％。组间比较，差异均有统计学意义(P0．05)。两组患者Tc、TG、LDL—C、ApoA、ApoB、高切变率全血黏度、低切 变率全血黏度、红细胞压积、血小板聚集率和纤维蛋 白原值较治疗前均下降，HDL—C值均升高。纽间比较，除ApoA、 ApoB和纤维蛋白原外，各项指标差异均有统计学意义(P0．05)。两纽患者颈总动脉和颈内动脉血流量较治疗前均增 加。与本组治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义(P0．05)；组间比较，差异均有统计学意义(P0．05)。结论：血府逐瘀 汤联合西药可有效提高高脂血症的临床疗效，能降低血脂和血流流变学指标，增加颈动脉血流量。 关键词：血府逐瘀汤；高血脂症；中医药疗法 中图分类号：R972．6 文献标志码：B 文章编号：1000—1719(2014)02-0289-03 M echanism ofLowering Blood LipidsofXuefuzhuyu Decoction in Patientswith Hyperlipidemia YU Xuemei，YANG Guanghui，LIPing (TheFirstPeoplegHospitalofHuzhou，Huzhou313000，Zhejiang，China) Abstract：ORctive：TostudythemechanismoftraditionalChinesemedicinetreatmentofhyperlipemia．Methods：Accordingto theorder，86patientsweredividedintotwogroups．Thepatientsofcontrolgroupweregivensimvastatintreatmentandthepatients ofobservationgroupweregivenXuefuZhuyuDecoctiononthebasisofthecontrolrgoup．Results：Thesignificanteffectiveratesof theobservationgroupandcontrolgroupwererespectively48．84％ and32．56％ ，andthetotal effectiverateswere86．05％ and 60．47％．Betweenthetwogroups，thedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P0．05)．TwogroupsTC，TG，LDL—C，ApoA， ApoB，highshearrateofwholebloodviscosity，lowshearrateofwholebloodviscosity，hematocrit，plateletaggregationrateandfi- brinogenvaluesweredecreasedcomparedwiththosebeforetreatment．TheHDL —Cvalueswereincreased．Comparisonbetween groups，besidesApoA，ApoBandfibrinogen，eachindexdifferencehads
