红外线控制自动干手器课程设计 学 院 电气工程学院 专业班级 10级电气工程及其自动化1班 组 员 梁 楠 P101813217 王 烁 P101813228 杨治兵 P101813252 指导教师 马 燕 红外线控制自动干手器 摘 要 自动干手器是一种高档的卫生洁具，广泛应用于宾馆酒店、机场车站、体育场馆等公共场所的洗手间。其工作原理是采用一种红外线控制的电子开关，当有人把手伸过来时，红外线开关将自动打开电吹风机，人离开时又自动将吹风机关闭。自动干手电路是由红外线发射电路、红外线接收电路、时间延时电路、吹风机开关电路和电源电路五部分构成的。在红外线发射电路中，输出电路端Q产生脉冲信号来控制红外线发光二极管发射光脉冲，其中，二极管可以起到保护红外发光二极管的作用。在时间延时和吹风机开关电路中，当输出端Q输出低电平时，三极管截止，无电流通过。继电器与三极管集电极相连，当有电流驱动时，开关吸合，电磁阀通电，电路闭合，吹风机吹出风；当无电流驱动时，开关断开，电磁阀不通电，电路断开，吹风机不吹出风。同时在继电器两端并联一个二极管实现保护，在电路中加入发光二极管作为显示电路，显示吹风机是否启动。 关键词: 红外线发射电路 红外线接收放大电路 吹风机开关控制电路 时间延迟电路 ABSTRACT Automatic hand dryer is a high-grade sanitary ware. Widely used in hotels, airport station, sports stadiums and other public places of the bathroom. The working principle is to adopt an infrared-controlled electronic switch. The infrared switch will automatically open the electric hair dryer when hands stretch to come over, and when people leave, the electric hair dryer is automatically turned off. Automatic hand circuit consists of five parts; the infrared transmitter circuit, infrared receive circuit, time delay circuit, hair dryer switch circuit and power circuit.
