2101顾客特殊要求控制程序

目的Objective 识别、明确和满足顾客的特殊要求,以确保产品和过程全面满足顾客规定要求。 The objective of this procedure is to identify, define and meet the customer special requirements and to ensure that the products and processes can fully meet the customer requirements. 适用范围Applicable Scope 适用于本公司所有顾客的特殊要求的控制。 This is applicable to the control of the special requirements of all AICQ customers. 职责Responsibility 3.1 项目开发初期横向协调项目组指定联系人负责及时与顾客沟通联络,识别和明确顾客特殊要求,批量生产后,由归口部门负责与顾客联系沟通。 It is required to co-operate the contract person designated by project team in the previous development process, and communicate with customers to identify and define the special requirement from customers. After mass production, the responsible department is responsible for communicating with customers. 3.2 各职能部门及有关单位负责制订相应的计划和采取措施满足顾客的特殊要求。 The functional departments and other associated departments are responsible to establish corresponding plans and actions to meet the customer special requirements. 3.3 技术工程部负责审核,验证顾客特殊要求,由技术工程部主管保存《顾客特殊要求一览表》。 The Engineering Department is responsible to review and verify the customer special requirements The Engineering Manager is to maintain the List of Customer Special Requirements. 工作程序Work Procedures 4.1 顾客特殊要求的识别Identification of Customer Special Requirements 4.1.1 当有新客户、新产品、产品改型或生产条件改变的情况下,需要进行产品质量先期策划和制订控制计划时,本公司横向协调项目组有关人员或归口部门指定联系人必须及时与顾客沟通、联络,识别和明确顾客的特殊要求,并由横向协调项目经理登记在《顾客特殊要求一览表》上。 When it is required to conduct advanced product quality planning and establish control plans under the occasions of new customers, new products, product modification or production condition change, AICQ relative persons of project team or functional departments shall appoint a liaison person to maintain timely communication with the customers, identify and define the customer special requirements, which must be recorded in the List of Customer Special Requirements by the project manager. 4.1.2 技术工程部负责审核《顾客特殊要求一览表》。 The Engineering Department is responsi
