摘要:取一定量的玉米秸秆粉与水按1:4~8混匀,加入适量3rnol/L硫酸使混合物的pH值为2~3,常温
25℃处理48h,用浓氨水中和至pH=5.0。以正交实验优选发酵菌株、培养基组成及培养条件。实验表

(NH4)2S04g/L,酸解秸秆含量1509/L,温度35℃,
明:采用绿色木霉(Trichodermaviride)3.2774,
酵糖化率40.7%~45.3%.具有遗传稳定性,为秸秆发酵生产单细胞蛋白奠定了基础。
