精品论文 参考文献 外伤性截瘫运用五痿汤加减结合中医康复治疗的临床观察 岳阳市二人民医院康复医学科 湖南岳阳 414000 【摘 要】目的：分析外伤性截瘫运用五痿汤加减结合中医康复治疗的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析86例外伤性截瘫患者的临床资料，根据是否运用五痿汤加减结合中医康复治疗进行分组；对照组41例，采取西医及康复治疗；观察组45例，在对照组的基础上，运用五痿汤加减结合中医康复治疗；对比两组患者治疗前后ASIA感觉评分（针刺觉与轻触觉）、ASIA运动评分及FCA功能综合评分。结果：治疗前，两组患者的ASIA感觉评分（针刺觉）、ASIA感觉评分（轻触觉）、ASIA运动评分差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者的ASIA感觉评分（针刺觉）、ASIA感觉评分（轻触觉）、ASIA运动评分均高于对照组，经t检验，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗前，两组患者的FCA功能综合评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者的FCA功能综合评分高于对照组，经t检验，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：五痿汤加减结合中医康复治疗可促进外伤性截瘫患者的感觉、运动功能康复，协同提高整体疗效，值得临床推广使用。 【关键词】外伤性截瘫；五痿汤；中医康复 Clinical observation of traumatic paraplegia combined with the use of five atrophy TCM decoction rehabilitation DaiYing Second City Peoples Hospital Department of Rehabilitation Yueyang Hunan Yueyang 414000 [Abstract] Objective：To analyze the use of five atrophy traumatic paraplegia combined TCM decoction rehabilitation clinical efficacy.
