精品论文 参考文献 多囊卵巢综合征与不孕相关因素分析 四川省崇州市妇幼保健院 611230 摘要：目的：探讨多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）致患者不孕的相关因素，为PCOS的预防、保健、临床治疗提供科学依据。方法：选择2009年12月至2012年12月因不孕症来我院就诊确诊为PCOS的患者32例为POSC组，同一时期在因不孕症就诊、无PCOS表现且腹腔镜检查卵巢组织结构正常的患者中随机选取48例作为对照组，回顾性分析两组患者的月经周期情况、个人性生活情况及生育相关因素等。结果：PCOS组在月经初潮年龄、月经周期方面对比对照组有明显不同，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0．05），而在个人性生活及生育相关因素方面和对照组组间比较无差异，无统计学意义（P＞0．05），提示月经初潮年龄提前及其周期的不规律性是不孕女性PCOS发生的危险因素之一。结论：应加强对青春期月经初潮提前、月经不规律现象及有PCOS相关症状人群的关注，做到早筛查、早发现、早预防、早治疗，从而降低PCOS致不孕的发生率，降低相关并发症。 关键词：多囊卵巢综合征；不孕；相关因素 [Abstract]Objective：To investigate the polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）in patients with infertility caused by related factors，for the prevention of PCOS，health care，provide the scientific basis for the clinical treatment of。Method：select 2009 December to 2012 December in our hospital because of infertility were diagnosed as PCOS patients 32 cases as POSC group，the same period in infertility treatment，because no PCOS expression and laparoscopy ovarian tissue structure of normal patients were randomly selected 48 cases as control group，a retrospective analysis of two patients with menstrual cycle condition and personal life situation and family related factors.Results：in group PCOS，age at menarche，menstrual cycle is compared in control group were significantly different，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05），and in respect of personal life and family related factors and control group no significant differences between the two groups（P gt; 0.05）no statistical significance，suggesting the irregular month age at menarche early and periodic sex is one of the risk factors of PCOS occurrence of infertile women Conclusion：we should strengthen the irregular phenomena in advance of adolescence，menarche and PCOS related symptoms people attention，do early screening，early detection，early prevention，early treatment，so as to reduce the incidence of PCOS induced infertility，reduce complications related to.
