精品论文 参考文献 子宫腺肌病与子宫肌瘤血清CA125及B超诊断的比较研究 刘晓娟 　　（山西省109医院 山西 太原 030006） 　　【摘要】 目的：比较子宫腺肌病与子宫肌瘤血清CA125及B超诊断特点，为临床制定治疗方案提供科学依据。方法：分析了2013年1月～2015年5月我院经手术治疗病理确诊为56例子宫腺肌病患者的临床资料，并与同期接受治疗的56例子宫肌瘤患者作对照，比较两组血清CA125及B超诊断特点的异同性。结果：子宫腺肌病组患者CA125含量及阳性率明显高于子宫肌瘤组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。超声图像上,子宫肌瘤有完整的包膜，CDFI检测子宫肌瘤周边有环彩及半环彩血流信号特征等可与子宫腺肌病鉴别。结论：子宫腺肌病与子宫肌瘤血清发病年龄相同，临床表现相识，容易误诊误治，因此，术前鉴别诊断对临床治疗非常重要。 　　【关键词】 子宫腺肌病；子宫肌瘤；CA125；超声特点 　　【中图分类号】R737.33 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）17-0032-02 　　Uterine adenomyosis and hysteromyoma serum CA125 and comparative study of ultrasound diagnosis Liu Xiaojuan. 　　The 109 Hospital of Shanxi Province, Shanxi Province, Taiyuan 030006, China 　　【Abstract】Objective To comparative uterine adenomyosis and hysteromyoma serum CA125 and characteristics of the ultrasound diagnosis, for clinical provide scientific basis for treatment. Method Is analyzed from January 2013 to May 2013 in our treatment by surgery pathology diagnosis of the clinical data of 56 patients with uterine adenomyosis, and 56 patients with uterine fibroids treated with the same period and compare two groups of serum CA125 and characteristics of ultrasound in the diagnosis of gay. Results CA125 levels in patients with uterine adenomyosis group and the group were significantly higher than that of uterine fibroids, the more similar between the two groups have statistical significance (P gt; 0.05). Ultrasound images, uterine fibroids have complete capsule, with a loop of a CDFI detect uterine fibroids surrounding color and half ring color blood flow signal and uterine adenomyosis identifies the feature.
