精品论文 参考文献 实时PCR探针熔解曲线技术在检查耐多药结核的临床应用价值探讨 贵州省都匀市贵州医科大学第三附属医院感染科 558004 【摘要】目的研究实时PCR探针熔解曲线技术在检查耐多药结核的临床应用方法，并与传统的结核菌培养及药敏试验作对比分析，从而得出其应用价值评价。方法回顾性分析我科2012年1月至2016年4月收治的50例耐多药结核病人的药敏检查结果。51例病人均做了实时PCR探针熔解曲线技术的药敏试验，其中11例病人还同时作了传统的结核菌培养及药敏试验。以结核菌培养及药敏试验作为金标准，并对两种检查方法作对比分析，得出其应用价值评价。结果耐INH、RFP、EMB、SM、OFX共12例，耐INH、RFP共21例，耐INH、RFP、EMB共15例、单耐INH者2例，单耐RFP者1例。11例作两种检测方法的药敏结果符合率为97.22%。结论 实时PCR探针熔解曲线技术可快速、灵敏、特异检测结核耐药。 【关键词】结核杆菌；耐药；PCR；探针熔解曲线技术 Real time PCR probe melting technology in multi drug resistant tuberculosis in the clinical value of examination IANG Tai, YANG Ren-hui The Third Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University in Guizhou Province, Tuyun City: 558004 [Abstract]ObjectiveTo study real-time PCR probe melting curves in check resistant multi drug tuberculosis clinical application method, and the results were compared with the traditional bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test, then draws a conclusion that the application of value evaluation.Methodsthe results of drug sensitivity test in 50 patients with multi drug resistant tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed in our department from January 2012 to April 2016. 51 patients per capita do the drug sensitivity test of real-time PCR probe melting curves, which 11 patients also for the traditional bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test. To bacterial culture and drug sensitive test was used as the gold standard and on the two kinds of inspection methods as comparative analysis, it is concluded that the application of value evaluation. Resultsresistant to INH, RFP, EMB, SM, OFX a total of 12 cases, 21 cases of INH, RFP,, INH, RFP, EMB a total of 15 cases, 2 cases of single INH, 1 cases of single resistant RFP cases. The results of drug sensitivity test of 11 cases were 97.22% and two. Conclusionreal time PCR probe melting curve technology is fast, sensitive and specific detection of drug resistant tuberculosis.
