精品论文 参考文献 宫颈扩张球囊促宫颈成熟和引产的应用价值探析 四川省南充市高坪区人民医院 637100 摘要：目的：研究宫颈扩张球囊促宫颈成熟和引产的应用价值。方法：将2014年1月—2015年6月在我院符合引产指征足月妊娠产妇70例纳入到本次研究，根据随机数字表法将上述符合引产指征足月妊娠产妇分为2组，分别为球囊组35例和药物组35例。药物组采用缩宫素静脉滴注进行引产；球囊组采用宫颈扩张球囊促宫颈成熟和引产。就两组患者宫颈成熟评分、临产时间、产后平均出血量、引产平均次数和宫颈成熟率、阴道分娩成功率、剖宫产率进行比较。结果：球囊组宫颈成熟率、阴道分娩成功率高于药物组，剖宫产率低于药物组，P＜0.05。球囊组患者宫颈成熟评分、临产时间、产后平均出血量、引产平均次数均优于药物组，P＜0.05。结论：宫颈扩张球囊促宫颈成熟和引产的应用价值高，可促宫颈成熟，提高阴道分娩成功率，降低剖宫产率，减少引产次数和产后出血，值得推广。 关键词：宫颈扩张球囊；促宫颈成熟；引产；应用价值 Application value of cervical dilation balloon for cervical ripening and induction of labor Liu Fang （the peoples Hospital of Gaoping District，Nanchong City，Sichuan Province，637100） [Abstract] Objective：To study the effect of balloon dilatation of the cervix in promoting cervical ripening and induced labor value. Methods：from January 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital with indications for labor induction of term pregnancy in 70 cases included in this study，according to the random number table method，the indications for labor induction of full-term pregnancy women were divided into 2 groups，respectively for the balloon group of 35 cases and 35 cases in the drug group. The drug group received intravenous infusion of oxytocin induced labor；balloon group with cervical dilatation balloon to promote cervical ripening and inducing labor. Two groups of patients with cervical ripening score，labor time，postpartum hemorrhage volume average，the average number of cervical ripening and induction rate，the success rate of vaginal delivery，cesarean section the palace production rate were compared.
