精品论文 参考文献 家兔脑梗塞模型制作中股动脉穿刺系统改良的探讨 朱明新1 王连峰2 张中华3 　　张家界市人民医院 　　摘要：目的：应用改良的穿刺系统穿刺家兔股动脉制作急性脑梗塞模型，旨在提高制作过程中股动脉穿刺的成功率。方法：选择成年健康的家兔40只，随机分为两组，A组（实验组）20只，B组（对照组）20只。A组应用改良后的24G静脉留置套管针，采用seldinger法穿刺股动脉，超选择性插管至右侧颈内动脉，经微导管缓慢注入预制自体血栓栓塞颈内动脉制成急性脑梗塞模型。B组切开暴露股动脉18G穿刺针穿刺，引入微导管插管至右侧颈内动脉，与A组同样的办法栓塞右侧颈内动脉。结果：A组1只股动脉穿刺失败，19只股动脉穿刺并右侧颈内动脉均栓塞成功，成功率为95%。B组14只股动脉穿刺失败，6只股动脉穿刺成功并顺利栓塞右侧颈内动脉，穿刺部位渗血均较严重，造模成功率为30%。两组造模成功率统计学差异有显著性。结论：改良穿刺系统穿刺家兔股动脉制作急性脑梗塞模型，具有操作简单、快捷、成功率高、出血少的特点，是一种符合实际应用的技术。 　　关键词：Seldinger法；股动脉；脑梗塞；动物模型 　　Abstract：Objective：Application of improved rabbit femoral artery puncture system puncture make acute cerebral infarction model，in order to improve the success rate of femoral artery puncture in produce process.Methods：40 healthy adult rabbits were randomly divided into two groups，group A（experimental group）20 rabbits，group B（control group）20 rabbits.In group A，using a modified 24G intravenous catheter tube to gain a femoral artery access in seldinger methods，super-selective catheterization was placed into the right carotid artery，the embolism that through micro catheter slowly injecting the pre-autologous thrombosis into the right carotid artery was used as the acute cerebral infarction models.In group B，Incision the exposed femoral artery，18G needle puncture，the micro catheter into the right internal carotid artery，using the same way of group A to make the embolism of right internal carotid artery.Results：1 rabbit in group A femoral artery puncture failed，19 rabbits femoral artery and right internal carotid artery embolism successfully，the success rate is 95%.14 rabbits in group B femoral artery puncture failure，6 rabbits femoral artery puncture successful and embolism of right internal carotid artery，puncture site bleed seriously；the success rate of the model is 30%.The modeling success rate of two groups was statistically significant difference.Conclusion：Improved rabbit femoral artery puncture system make acute cerebral infarction model，with simple，fast，high success rat
